The website is run for the benefit of people who are learning ACT and was created as a place for them to share experiences of their process of learning and hopefully learn from each other.

This website is not officially related to the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), a website that also has many useful resources for people who are interested in learning about ACT. ACBS is the primary organization devoted to the development of ACT and its dissemination. ACBS attempts to be a nonhierarchical and open community/organization that encourages non-proprietary, "open source" development of the ACT model that is responsive to new scientific data as they emerge.
