Learningact.com has a forum that allows people to ask questions baout the book Learning ACT, or discuss issues related to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Some people who are new to ACT have found the ACT listserv to be an intimidating place for newbies. I am hoping that this might be a welcoming place where those new to the approach can find assistance.
